WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will join RealPage as a Project Manager, savvy business analyst, and a strategic communicator. You will have knowledge of software development methodologies and frameworks (SAFe, Agile, Scrum and Kanban), expertise in data analysis/executive presentations, and a proven track record of delivering operational and strategic initiatives. As a Project Manager in the Engineering Operations organization, you will partner with R&D organization to lead strategic and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for project/program management, data analysis and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage change within initiatives. Quantify impact, ensure stakeholders agree to impact and risk

Be an agent for change within the R&D Organization

Manage projects impacting multiple business units

Represents stakeholder interests

Create project documentation including project charter, business requirements, business case, functional specifications and technical specifications, project plans

Assist and at times drive the creation of a formal business case as needed including cost benefit Analysis

Assist in managing overall relationship in partnership with the business

Creates project scope, project plans, risk registers and mitigation plans, assist in the creation of QA use cases

Acts as a liaison across all functional business areas and external partners

Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scope. Manage plan relative to scope, timeline resource management.

Engage in stakeholder management. Develop status reports with the appropriate level of detail, including identifying risks and developing mitigation plans

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or financial related field

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager type role

Is an agent for change

Proven ability to work across functional business areas

Employs critical thinking, takes calculated risks

Excellent English, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a limited time frame

Software development methodologies and frameworks: SAFe, Agile, Scrum and Kanban

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Professional), MS Project, MS Visio

Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A results-oriented mindset, which thrives working in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Software as a Service products

Software development or software product management experience is a plus
