Position description:
The Office Manager will direct and coordinate daily operations of team by establishing priorities, sequences, and proper staffing. In this role, you will also determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, ensure cross training, and improve work flow of team. You must act as a project manager by pushing projects to stay on tasks to meet deadlines. You will also be creating reports, gathering data, and analyzing needs of the department as related to people, systems, and processes. Communication is key in this role as you work with your peers and team. You must be able to use these skills to also provide feedback to team members and facilitate meetings to develop and implement action items to achieve desired results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience in office management required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent conflict management skills and ability to work effectively with teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with short lead times
- Ability to organize and set priorities for team and projects
- Previous experience in pre-press operations a plus
- Occasional travel required
