As the International Trade Services Manager, you will manage daily operational flow in line with Bank's policies and international standards for processing of international trade operations, which includes import and export letters of credit, standby letters of credit, banker's acceptances, documentary and clean collections and monitoring credit authority of officers approving credits.

How you'll spend your time:
  • You will collaborate with customers, lawyers and account officers to have letter of credit terms structured properly to ensure adherence to governing rules, bank regulations, meeting beneficiary requirements and client satisfaction
  • You will use your knowledge of the ICC publications and application of these rules and regulations applied to Trade Finance products with an ability to provide customers with responsive service and technical guidance for optimal client experience
  • You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews to assist with developing the associates on the team
  • You will manage projects applicable to your systems, enhancements to efficiencies and bank wide initiatives and support audits and other reviews.

  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • You have at least 8 years' experience in letters of credit


Bonus Points if you:
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in International Business.
  • You have at least 3 years of management experience
  • You possess the Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) certification


The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $66,875 to $124,163 annually. The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance

Compensation Range:
Minimum: $60,795.00 - Mid Point: $86,835.00 - Maximum: $112,875.00
