As an intern for project management, you will work within Acxiom’s Solutions and Analytics organization to assist with implementation of sizable projects and bring high quality to product and solution development projects.

This is a chance to engage in the implementation of marketing solutions and products for our customers.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS: This internship opportunity will begin January 9, 2023 Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible.

However, your internship may be a hybrid methond or fully remote .

We plan to transition interns to on-site work when teams transition back into the office, but we currently do not have a timeline for this transition 40 hours/week work dedication during summer and breaks, 20-25/week during the semester Anticipated graduation date between May 2023 - December 2024 Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S.

must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status) WHAT YOU WILL DO: Learn about and eventually lead re-occurring established status calls to collect project status Assist with note taking in status calls and update/build project plans accordingly Help in capturing monthly and quarterly metrics to produce needed dashboards and presentations for leadership Assist in maintaining and updating Sharepoint Sites, Trello boards and Confluence pages Efficiently and accurately convey information between project teams.

Develop/implement/update a communications plan for each project that specifies audience, medium, timeframes, and methods.

Ensure timely delivery of accurate, complete, and concise project status report information, proving continuous communication.

Recognize and document process improvement opportunities.

Responsible for ensuring all project close out activities are completed and detailed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business Experience in using tools like MS Project, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Solid ability to communicate with internal partners - providing status updates accordingly Experience in leading project teams in educational setting Solid attention to detail with demonstrated tenacity for getting things done Proactive learning and strong initiative WHAT WILL SET YOU APART: Experience with teamwork tools including JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Trello Experience using Agile-based methodologies within a software development function We believe in building an exciting workplace where associates feel highly motivated and want to engage every single day.
