FULL_TIME
- Process incoming orders from various sources, including online, phone and email.
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls from customers and outside sales reps.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders and inquiries.
- Record account/order information and maintain/update customer records.
- Actively listen to, report and resolve customer service and operations complaints in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain customer price files.
- Assist sales team with quotes, spreadsheets and other projects.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and our customers’ needs.
- Work closely with other departments in addition to Sales (Purchasing, Business Operations, Warehouse Operations, Marketing) in order to provide our customers with service beyond their expectations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
