Fire Alarm Technician – Security Company - Base Salary to 110k/year – Sacramento, CA

• As a Fire Alarm Technician you would be responsible for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of fire alarm systems. As a lead technician, it is their task and responsibility to review electrical layout blueprints to determine whether a building’s fire alarm systems comply with electrical and fire safety codes.
• This role requires a NICET level 2 or 3 certification to be considered for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial fire alarm installations from start to finish with minor supervision.
• Test and certify systems with local AHJ's
• Pull wire
• Minimal conduits work
• Trim devices
• Troubleshoot

Qualifications:

• Must currently hold a NICET Level II or III Certification (Required)
• Ability to read and understand engineered drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications
• Familiar with local ordinances and codes for fire alarm systems
• Ability to work from heights with ladders and lifts
• Clean DMV record
• Low voltage experience with Security, Card Access, Nurse Call, & CCTV preferred.

• Base salary to 110k/year
