We're looking for a tutor/ sales professional who wants to lock arms with our fast growing company!
We specialize in helping families with online tutoring and changing their lives whilst building thriving communities around our tuition programs.
And we're hiring on tutor & sales pros because the biz is growing faster than we can currently handle.
In the past 6 months - our company revenue growth has increased by almost *10X* - and our company mission and vision is to change MILLIONS of students lives by helping more families in 2023 -2024.
The company goal is to generate at or above the $1,000,000 in cash collected mark by the end of May 2023 and with the right personnel on board we will be on track to do this.
So I’m looking for someone who wants to be a part of this fast growing mission, business & culture.

The tutor will implement weekly tutoring lesson plans developed by Seven Oaks Academy which will be used to tailor individualized math and literacy needs of students.
Maintain and prepare evaluation and observation records of the children in the classroom for teacher/parent conferences
Each tutor will have 5 -7 students MAX per one hour session.
Must be available for weekly meetings with Curriculum Director.
Work Schedule Available Hours: Can choose from option A and/or B - all times listed are EST.
SCHEDULE:
Monday through Thursday, 5:30pm - 8:30pm EST
Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am - 6:30pm EST
Qualifications:
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (Bachelor required). Dedicated to on-going professional development.
Georgia Approved Trainer, preferred. Please submit a copy of your training approval letter.
Experience working in a child care/ school settings.
Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral).
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Sitting at the computer for 3 hours or more at a time.
Bending, frequent use of hands, stooping and moderate lifting (at least 25 pounds) required.
Duties

WHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
- Must be able to work from home
- This is to be a full time position (I’ll start you part time if you’re currently employed - and will transition you into full time once I help replace your income in 30-60 days)
- Commissions bonuses
- Earning potential is $10k per month, if you hit your marks.
