Summary:

Hatalom is looking for a self-starter that is capable of working across multiple teams. The Hatalom Proposal Manager is an integral part of the business development leadership team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the proposal plan, managing the proposal schedule, organizing proposal resources, coordinating team inputs and reviews, identifies, and supports resolution of proposal development issues, oversees production of proposal deliverables, and facilitates proposal follow-up and lessons learned. Most importantly, the Proposal Manger ensures proposal compliance and responsiveness, bid strategy deployment, and the quality of proposal deliverables.

Job Duties:

• Managing proposal efforts from draft RFP to opportunity award. Activities include supporting captures proposal meetings, review and analysis of requirements, and producing successful proposals
• Transfer Capture Strategies and information into the company proposal process
• Responsible for proposal development
• Develop and manage proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal assignments
• Develop and manage proposal schedule with color team reviews (Blue, Pink, Red, Green, Gold)
• Ensure proposal compliance with solicitation requirements throughout proposal development
• Conduct lessons learned sessions with the proposal team after proposal submission to identify trends and implement corrective/improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications, English or related
• Five (5+) years of proposal development experience within DoD and/or Federal Government acquisitions
• Ability to work collaboratively, managing multiple tasks, requirements, and subcontractors potentially at different locations
• Manage virtual proposal participants/team potentially at different locations � Understanding and experience with the Training and Simulation market and stays current with technology trends
• Proposal management and process training

Desired Qualifications:

• Technical writing experience in training and simulation industry
• Data driven decision maker with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of organization
• Proposal Management Certification

Status of Position: Full-time, Salary Exempt

Location: Orlando, FL Onsite
