ACP Offers
Free individual and group clinical supervision from board-approved and seasoned supervisors. This is a great opportunity for individuals who have a Masters's degree in behavioral health studies or a related field and are on track to become a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Relational hours toward licensure for LMFT
Flexibility and control over your schedule
Administrative support working with billing and prior authorizations
Child-focused caseload provided with at least 50% children or adolescents (ACP is a preferred provider with insurance companies)

Responsibilities:
Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with each client
Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families/guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel
Requirements:
Master's or other graduate degrees majoring in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related fields from an accredited college or university and be on track to be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate mental stability and model appropriate boundaries
Timely and accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required
Must possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance and be willing to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.
