The Utilities Specialist Senior is devoted to providing operational, technical and maintenance support for the City's water, wastewater, collection and distribution systems.Incumbents lead technical and specialized skilled work, while performing the most complex tasks. Work may include planning and scheduling daily work tasks for crews; investigating customer concerns; participating in hiring and performance evaluations; and performing the most complex work assigned to the unit. As assigned, incumbents may serve as lead workers, assigning work and monitoring work completion.
