Our company is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an expert Social Media Manager to amplify our exciting growth
This role will be a contract position for roughly 20 hours per week, however for candidates local to DFW, there is the potential to join the team long-term on a full-time basis.
Who We're Looking For:
- You are a social media guru
You love creating content (with a heavy emphasis on vertical video), keeping up with trends, and engaging on social channels.
- You are an expert in in-platform editing/features (Instagram reels, TikTok videos, duets, etc)
- You take direction quickly and easily
You can take a content strategy and execute with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
- Create / coordinate a high volume of captivating content for all social channels, including LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc
- Keep track of important metrics daily, measuring social media growth to consistently improve strategy and execution
- Listen & engage with our audience daily, replying to comments, creating comment reply videos, etc
- Bring ideas to the table! We're not looking for just an order-taker.
- Visit local dental offices to gather content as needed. (if local to Dallas-Ft
Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin, or Oklahoma City)
Basic Qualifications:
- Vertical video generation
- In-app editing skills (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
- Social media management
- Canva, or similar design tools
- Copy and caption writing
- Preferred: experience using Asana for task management
