As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for continually improving the organization's ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. You'll build relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization and learn their businesses and needs in order to help them achieve their hiring goals.

What You Will Do
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for continually improving the organization's ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. You'll build relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization and learn their businesses and needs in order to help them achieve their hiring goals.
- Understands the needs of corporate roles and works closely with hiring managers to fill those roles with highly qualified candidates.
- Serves as a competent recruiting professional and ensures that job seekers have a positive candidate experience.
- Completes phone screenings on qualified candidates and effectively narrows the field of candidates in order to only present those who are highly qualified and the best fit.
- Ensures diversity in all candidate pools and uses effective souring techniques to find those candidates.
- Prepares candidates and hiring managers for interviews, providing interview guides as needed.
- Coordinates and participates in recruitment fairs, trade shows and open house events to promote the company's career opportunities.
- Works effectively as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines.
- Schedules and facilitates interviews and candidate travel as needed.
- Trains hiring managers on applicant tracking system as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; equivalent experience (4+ years) as a Recruiter or Recruiting Coordinator can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Two (2+) years of experience supporting full cycle recruitment.
- Experience in corporate recruiting
- Two (2+) years’ Corporate recruiting experience.
- iCIMS experience
