Oversees donor database (currently Network for Good), reports on donations and pledges, and philanthropy correspondence. Serves as donor liaison for all philanthropic activities including, but not limited to daily donations, events, capital campaigns and special initiatives. Works with philanthropy team to support the Development strategies through donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities. Oversees the development and management of community chapter groups for annual fundraising events.
Donor Database:
Manage and act as a resource to the Donor Database & Engagement CoordinatorManage gift acknowledgement program with standards and policies for data entry and complianceManage regular maintenance of database including overseeing updating records, removing duplicate records, and developing custom reporting as needed by philanthropy team and organization.Generate Bi-Monthly Development Finance reportsGenerate segmented donor lists for philanthropic initiatives Oversee special data management and data security projects as needed
Donor Stewardship:
1. Develop, execute and update the Donor Stewardship Plan on an ongoing basis including, prospect research, donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities
2. Maintain a Donor Portfolio, meeting regularly with Managing Director of Philanthropy to ensure strategic management of donor relationships
3. Strategically and consistently utilize data management tolls, including Network for Good, Donor Search and Wealth Quotient to maximize efficient and effective moves management of donor pipeline
4. Foster ongoing relationships with donors through telephone, email and in person meetings.
5. Create and distribute quarterly online Development Newsletter
Local Chapter Groups:
1.Lead event planning and execution for annual Chapter events
2. Recruit and manage volunteer Chapters members
3. Identify and manage revenue generating opportunities, including sponsorships, ads, ticket sales and raffle items
4. Oversee comprehensive event marketing plans
5. Manage acknowledgement process for donors, attendees, and Chapter members
6. Oversee event data entry as needed
Fundraising and Cultivation Events:
Assist with other development team fundraising and cultivation events as needed
Recruit and manage volunteer teams in support of special events
Support event marketing
Assist in Identifying and managing revenue generating opportunities, including sponsorships
Other Duties as required by departments:
Interface with donor engagement inquiries by phone or email as primary contact on all marketing solicitation materials.
Format development and marketing materials as requested
Provide batch reconciliation with finance as needed
Coordinate with finance monthly to reconcile gift income
Generate financial reports as required by Finance department to assist with audit requirements
Technical Job Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of Donor Search or equivalent, GiveSmart, Network for Good, MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency required) and/or suitable aptitude to learn.
Skilled knowledge of Adobe Professional, HealthWyse or other patient management system preferred
Interpersonal Requirements:

Required Education and Experience:
1. Associates Degree; Bachelor's preferred; working towards CFRE certification.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
