A business development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Development Customer Care Agent.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Updating customer information within Salesforce during and after each customer contact
Assisting customers with phone, chat, and email inquiries regarding product questions
Maintaining Satisfaction Ratings based on criteria set by leadership
Qualifications Include:
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
History and Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet objectives
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Tech Support experience in a contact center, legal, or another service environment
