We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Agency Partner Marketing Team, and help us build and scale a world-class growth engine that enables our agency partners to bring more Shopify to the world.
""You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and scaling of our channel marketing plans to activate our agency partners and grow their productivity.
You will work collaboratively across multiple teams, including Partnerships, Integrated Marketing, UX, Sales, Partner Managers, Content, and Product Marketing, as well as external partners to manage and optimize the performance of our Partner Marketing channel strategies.
The ideal candidate has a track record of building and managing impactful, multi-channel campaigns that drive activation and referrals from our network of partner agencies.
We are looking for a seasoned content marketer that understands how we can deepen our relationship with our agency partners and ignite performance.
Responsibilities:
Plan, build, lead, and execute growth marketing strategies to grow active agency partners and their contributions to our business.
Lead the agency marketing integrated campaign strategy across an array of marketing channels to achieve awareness, engagement, and acquisition targets within our standard partner segment.
Conduct frequent analysis on campaign/program performance to optimize efforts for the most efficient marketing mix and to achieve KPI's (active partners, partner referrals, productivity of partners.) Optimize campaigns and messaging through frequent testing and data analysis Work cross-functionally with other Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to create acquisition campaigns, as well as identify shared efforts across products or teams.
Collaborate with regional marketing teams and partnership teams to capture front line market insights.
Gather buy in from regional marketing & partnerships teams on initiatives.
Analyze campaign metrics and present optimization recommendations Assemble reporting and communicate learnings and results with all stakeholders on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cadence
