InVue is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the digital journey of current and future customers. This role will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to intimately understand our target audiences, their motivations, and how best to support them throughout the buying journey. You will have a thorough understanding of digital best practices and methodologies and be responsible for growing website traffic, conversions, and leads.

The Work You’ll Do:
Own the performance, monitoring, and reporting of InVue.com and all subdomains
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across our digital demand generation channels including paid and organic search, social media, email, and third-party review sites
Tracking, optimizing, and measuring campaign performance
Manage web development agencies and contractor relationships
Develop email marketing strategies; preparing, testing, and scheduling all email campaigns
Manage Search Engine Optimization strategies and execution

You’ll be one of five teammates on the Marketing team should know how to prioritize and project manage your responsibilities effectively.
Your primary focus will be driving demand and awareness through understanding the InVue brand, customers, business lines and growth goals.
You will need to be comfortable being both the planner and the doer of your short and long-term strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, with at least 5-7 years of combined strategic and hands-on experience in a digital marketing role – in-house or agency.
Proven track record of leading demand generation campaigns and lead acquisition growth
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation, CRMs, and SEO tools as well as paid advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn
B2B Marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative attitude, ability to work independently and excellent time management.
Comfortable presenting to executive leadership as well as on and off-camera
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Dreamweaver, Photoshop) and Canva a PLUS
Experience or familiarity with consumer electronics, retail, security technology, and IoT a PLUS
