Position Purpose


To service incoming claim requests via web, email and client interface. Provide timely and accurate support to clients. This position requires incumbent to coordinate schedules in support of submitted claims. This candidate will have strong organizational skills as well as strong communication skills in response to incoming requests, working with both internal and external customers.


WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Part time hours with one (1) day off during week and one (1) day off on the weekend - with specific hours to be determined.
    Note: that business hours are 7am to 9pm.

  • Morning, Mid-day, Evening shifts

  • Expect irregular/increased shift hours during catastrophic weather events

The Details… Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process submitted claims requests via email, web and client interface

  • Record claims in accordance with organization requirements

  • Ensure carrier specific guidelines are met with accuracy and in accordance with organization standards

  • Maintain organization standards and compliance with processes in support of assignments

  • Provide quality support to clients and team to analyze claims

  • Timely scheduling of inspections on behalf of clients

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong administrative skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Effective time management skills, able to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.

  • Detailed, organized and able to work independently as well as with a team.

  • Professional written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel and customers

This is a Part Time Opportunity located in Alpharetta GA

  • This position is currently a work from home opportunity with 2 weeks in-office Day Time training. Location of work may change at some point in the future.
