Job Details

• Assist sales team in customer presentations; assist in qualifying and closing sales opportunities through leveraging technical expertise and persuasive communication
• Deliver relevant product demonstrations in a confident, knowledgeable manner for prospective customers
• Support proposal development and responses to RFIs and RFPs with detailed product knowledge
• Provide consultative advice to customers relative to their manufacturing software needs and our product portfolio fit
• Master product information through training and personal efforts; share and train internal teams
• Research complex technical issues with internal teams and work with product management teams to support sales growth efforts
• Lead or participate in other assigned projects

What you need for this position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 2 years experience in technical sales support in a SaaS organization
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes/manufacturing software required
• Prior semiconductor experience strongly desired for certain market segments
• Demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing software, especially the MES/MOM layer is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of Industrial IoT applications is a plus
