A non-profit healthcare group has a current position open for a Remote Healthcare Authorization Representative.
Must be able to:
Respond to patient referrals for tests, procedures, and specialty visits
Authorize and schedule appointments
Document and maintain records of all referral activity and authorizations
Required Skills:
High school diploma/GED or
Equivalent working knowledge
Ability to document and maintain records of all referral activity and authorizations
Ability to authorize and schedule appointments
Proficient with commonly used office software
Effective verbal and written communication skills
