Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a creative and innovative Engineering Manager to work in the high tech industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in several programming languages such as PHP, Ruby and Objective-C, and will be capable of planning and executing on all aspects of product development. The Engineering Manager will also be responsible for investigating new technologies and evaluating strategic partnerships, while building strong relationships with key business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of engineers working on a single product.
• Lead the engineering team in developing innovative products.
• Structure team processes and systems to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies to identify promising new technologies that can be incorporated into products.
• Set performance metrics to measure team progress.
• Conduct regular internal and external communication to keep stakeholders informed.
• Define the vision for the engineering team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
