Position Overview:

We’re looking for a transformational leader in our technology services hub focused on marketing technologies. This leader will deliver high quality technology stack implementations in the space of Martech and AdTech to support Coca-Cola’s marketing ambitions. We aspire to delight our customers with world class digital experiences, with our websites and apps built on a world class modern Martech stack. The role will lead a diverse, multi-disciplinary, global pool of engineering and technology talent in close partnership with marketers around the world.
Product Managers at The Coca-Cola Company provide cross functional leadership to ensure delivered work meets the needs of the client and their customers. This involves not only consuming the information and direction we receive, but looking beyond and demonstrating thought leadership and critical analysis to guide the team towards creating the best possible solution.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Identify and clarify product requirements for clients using interviews, workshops, and surveys across stakeholders.
Create and maintain the following deliverables:
Use Cases
Business Requirements
Functional Requirements
Product Backlog
Understand how proposed solutions may impact technical implementation and highlight potential challenges early so that dependencies may be resolved.
Collaboratively works with development leads and architects during scope, requirements, and design processes to fully document scope, requirements, and design related to the business need, and estimate work effort to implement scope.
Acts as expert resource and scope/requirements lead to development teams in all phases of the development and implementation process.
Coordinates activities with other IT and Business organizations to ensure successful development and implementation of assigned work.
Provide systems expertise to system users, business partners, and other internal/external customers including trouble shooting issues, as well as, identifying and correcting inefficiencies
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an advanced degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Related Work Experience:
Experience in working on consumer facing web/mobile apps and in working with CMS and CDP’s
Ability to speak and communicate with the technical team and the business team in their own vernacular and translate concepts between both teams
Experience and/or background in filling the role of Product Owner role
Functional Skills:
- Great communicator with ability to summarize complex technical topics for all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving, influencing and critical-thinking skills with the ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity.
