This position is fully remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental U.S.

The Managing Partner will lead market offerings, grow business for Strategic and Horizon clients and develop people. This role will act as a trusted advisor to Strategic & Horizon clients and maintain and grow accounts and service revenue, and will collaborate with LOB Directors, VP, MP, Executives, Extra-practice Directors, VP, MP, and Executives. The Managing Partner will own Service offering strategy and planning, client solutioning, demand and delivery for assigned accounts, clients, and pod personnel. The position will be responsible for Project pricing for margins above 30% or Discounts above 20%; will manage personnel requests for service-related training, hardware, software, etc.; will also influence Practice training and development, eminence campaigns, account or project investment, and Practice enhancement.

  • Grow financial performance of Market Offering, industries and capability development, and client delivery
  • Develop, lead, and maintain CXO client relationships, strategic account planning, and strategy development to top segments
  • Champion thought leadership within respective area(s) of expertise
  • Opportunity identification, delivering One Optiv to our clients and bringing the full breadth & depth of Optiv forward
  • Lead development of proposal, SOW, and execution workplan for Horizon & Strategic clients, ensuring successful service delivery to clients
  • Recruit and build talent within the team; lead succession planning
  • Be a talent management ambassador
  • Mentor/Coach delivery teams on his/her engagements and have input into personnel decisions

  • Key Shared Accountabilities include: market offering profitability; market offering strategy; personnel acquisition and retention; drive cross-offering collaboration
  • Deliver on specific KPIs including but not limited to annual sales targets, revenue targets, profitable growth with increased margin year over year, and other targets discussed upon hire

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor s Degree in Sales, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or other related area preferred, Master s Degree a plus.
  • CISA, CISSP or other security certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience related to cybersecurity.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience related to cybersecurity management.
  • Travel up to 75%
  • Strong Executive presence with ability to engage and sell C-Suite clients, including CEO
  • Broad cybersecurity expertise
  • Polished communication and client service skills
  • Can drive the entire lifecycle of client from pre-sales thru post
  • Must have the ability to lead the client lifecycle from pre-sales thru post-sales
  • Strong expertise leading complex global delivery of Digital engagements
  • Ability to build and manage partnerships with our key focus partners within Digital
  • Possess the ability to quickly solution client pain points with Optiv Solutions (Tech and Services)
  • Experience presenting to large audiences with evangelizing cyber security.
  • Experience leading an organization with a revenue/attainment target
  • General knowledge of best practices for securing Cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) environments with experience in Azure, AWS or GCP a plus.
  • Knowledge of security industry frameworks such as NIST.
  • Knowledge of modern IT operational duties and software development lifecycles.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity regulatory landscape and requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; and demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical individuals; including internal-external stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to discuss security and risk topics with business leaders, strategic clients and public at large.
  • Ability to accurately interpret business direction and clarify technology's alignment with stakeholder needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.
  • Effective at Teamwork, able to lead cross-functional collaboration.
