- We have a unique opportunity for a passionate talent acquisition professional to act as a trusted talent advisor to key business stakeholders and drive the talent acquisition strategy for our Technology group in the Americas.
- Based in Houston, you will lead our technology recruitment function by shaping and driving the strategy and enabling the tech-aligned talent acquisition team through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Partnering and consulting with hiring managers, HR Business partners and other senior stakeholders, you will deliver an excellent recruitment experience for all participants in the recruitment process for senior hires.
- As part of your commitment to adding value to the process, you will oversee talent identification and pooling for key roles, support building the brand within target talent communities and develop plans to target and attract diverse talent.
