Realty Group is growing and expanding and we are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team. The responsibilities of a recruiter include sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and filing paperwork. A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and remains up-to-date with what is happening in the local real estate scene!

Responsibilities

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews.
• Clear and friendly communication.
• Ability to handle constant rejection and maintain a growth-minded outlook.
• Ability to work and adjust based on one's own direction.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Qualifications

• Great at time management and organization.
• Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well.
• Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards.
• Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales.

Compensation

$36,000 base + bonuses
