Care Initiatives is currently hiring a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our team!: We provide compassionate transitional health care to Iowans at all walks of life and are committed to providing dignified and custom care for almost any need. In this role you will provide a personalized admission experience for each incoming resident, help promote a positive customer service culture, and act as a support to the interdisciplinary team for the admission process.:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign room accommodations to incoming residents and prepare the room with a welcome basket
  • Check room readiness for the incoming admission
  • Welcome each incoming resident at the door and escort them to their room
  • Orient the new resident to their room; Demonstrate call light system, TV channel list, activities calendar, dietary menu, etc.
  • Complete admission agreement with the incoming resident
  • Help the new resident order their first meal
  • Make copies of insurance cards and advanced directive paperwork
  • Take a photo of the new resident for their EMR
  • Scan documents into PCC system
  • Follow up with new residents 24

48 hours after admission to assure a positive customer service experience
  • Give facility tours to families who come to inquire about our community
  • Communicate all tours to Community Representative and Central Intake for follow up
