Erickson Senior Living is looking for a talented and motivated recruiter to support our growing Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. This position has been added to help support current needs, as well as future growth and expansion. This role can be located near one of our 21 communities or our corporate location in Maryland. Designed to provide regional recruiting support, this position is flexible to allow for the accommodation of candidate availability for screening and interview. Candidates recruited for will primarily be in the areas of health services, dining, and facility management and maintenance. Flexible/remote work options How you will make an impact: Create a positive candidate experience from the first call. Become an integral member of the team by working with community HR teams and hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection. Understand the details and importance of each role in the community, and the specific needs of each department and team. Use your proactive sourcing talent to create candidate pipelines for your region, including attending networking events and expanding school resources and relationships to include both student and alumni programs. Utilize online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates, post jobs, search resumes, interview talent, schedule additional interviews, determine appropriate pay, create and extend offers. Become the regional subject matter expert for Workday ATS (assist in training and auditing for proper usage). Be a strong, collaborative partner with the communities you support by attending team meetings and hiring events and ensuring new hires have a seamless onboarding experience. What you will need: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience is required. Workday (ATS) experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
