Wipro is seeking ambitious and highly skilled Operational Trainer to bring their expertise and talent to our Health Plan Solutions division, ASO Claims team. Be responsible for training Claims Analyst responsible for processing medical, dental and vision claims. Supports in the on-boarding of new team members. Team members may be either in-office or remote and could perform various tasks associated with Medical/Dental claims payment. The ideal candidate will need to have a working history in health care (preferably in claims payment but billing may be considered). Experience with Customer Service and skilling is also a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Delivery of the developed training materials to new joiners and assist them in answering any questions.

· Document and provide quality evaluations to hiring managers and provide feedback on opportunities to assist new team members.

· Identify areas where training documentation could be improved and play an active role in changes that will speed the knowledge transfer to new team members.

· Key member of the Operational team and assist in the development of other programs that improve the team's ability to exceed client expectations through training improvements or assessments. An example of this could include the development of quality check assessments post on-boarding to look for areas where remedial training could assist the tenured team.

· Assist new team members with onboarding activities including first level system troubleshooting.

· Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Background:

· High School/GED required

· Strong Microsoft Office Tool skills

· 5 years past experience in healthcare or similar training delivery program

· Flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks as client request dates change

· PC proficiency

· Average typing ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
