We are searching for a Full Stack Developer who has the right mix of technical prowess and business savvy and can confidently develop, write, and maintain major components of our applications, while listening and communicating their vision to both technical and non-technical resources.

This person should be a self-starter for whom logic, analysis, and critical thinking about how to solve problems is as important and interesting as the actual act of writing code.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Play a major role in front-end application design and solutioning. This stack contains HTML5, CSS 3, JavaScript, and jQuery. Actual desire for beautiful UI/UX design is a major plus. Strong knowledge of DataTables is a major plus.
• Independently develop technical solutions in Python to support client applications
• Assist with the technical design for solutions to business requirements
• Perform complex, intensive business-to-business integration development
• Troubleshoot and fix defects, perform performance tuning Maintain existing Python codebase
• Document, design and implement solutions
• Communicate both with other technical teammates as well as with non-technical business resources

What We're Looking for:

• This position requires an individual who has a strong aptitude for front-end development, and who truly cares about code that performs functions correctly in JavaScript while simultaneously designing and development pleasant, modern looking UI/UX for our users.
• A strong working knowledge of Python, (pandas, numpy, fastAPI) is critical for the maintenance, creation, and overall ownership of aspects within various application environments. We utilize python in data collection, analysis, and manipulation, but also heavily in API creation to deliver information back to the UI, as well as to read and write data in and out of Oracle databases.
• Second to the actual programming, a very strong sense of logic is needed to excel in this role, as is the ability to think like a non-programmer and give the same level of importance on the look and feel of an application as you do to the code that is running in the background. Requirements are oftentimes not crystal clear, and being able to listen and communicate with non-programmers to understand their needs is imperative to writing code that allows our team to succeed.
• Working knowledge of Laravel is beneficial, but in no way required.
• Experience with React, Vue, or another JS frontend framework would be a plus long term.

Education/Experience
Typically requires 3 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or equivalent work experience

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

91,600.00 - $121,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
