We are looking for a VP of Sales to join our team to elevate Delegate's growth to the next level. The main responsibility of this role is to drive pipeline goals and maximize our sales team potential. As the first leader in the sales org, you will need to be a hands-on mentor and true evangelist for the needs of the business while maintaining our company-client relationships at a high standard. Reporting to the CEO, you will contribute to both day-to-day tactical work and strategic initiatives for growing our customer base and should meet the following expectations: Responsibilities Deliver against monthly and quarterly bookings/revenue targets Manage and mentor a high-performing team to achieve their individual targets Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them to understand their needs Communicate sales, revenue, expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the executive team Requirements 7+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales across both SMB and Enterprise organizations 3+ years of experience building and managing high-performance teams, preferably in a startup environment Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven success in owning decision-making in fast-paced environments Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Benefits Remote work with flexible hours Premium medical, dental, and vision plans Performance-based incentive plans Unlimited vacation Base range for this role is expected to be $130,000 to $175,000 USD, with uncapped commissions About Us Delegate is the first revenue operations subscription service that modern businesses use to achieve efficiency at scale.
