HRC Total Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this position you'll build rapport by helping participants understand their benefit account information and doing so with accuracy and efficiency. Your focus is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
This is a remote (or in office if you'd prefer) position
This position has the following schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
The rate of pay for this position is $15/hour
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented
Ability to problem solve
Patient and Empathetic
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Ability to learn and understand HRCTS' plans
Connect with participants via telephone, email, online chat to provide support and information on plans and services
Ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve customer questions
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries or comments
Educate participants on their plan options and guidelines
Complete assigned daily task: processing returned mail, following up with voicemails, process incoming faxes
Work closely with Manager and team to provide exceptional customer service
