Position Requirements:
-Hybrid. In office 4 days a week.
-3-5 years experience
Position Summary:
-Provide administrative support for management team and specific departmental functions.
-Main contact for all conference logistics for the company (registrations, hotels, meeting spaces, sleeping arrangements, etc.).
-provide legal document support.
-credit card recons and other low to mid-level administrative tasks throughout the company.
-Manage correspondence and assist with document preparation for the management team
-File and make scans/copies of such things as logbooks, notebooks, etc.
-Arrange certain outsourced activities and coordinate follow-up communications
-Assist with internal requests and coordination with support groups
-Order and stock various supplies
-Maintain accurate and effective task list and can report on progress as needed
-Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
