The Operations Program Manager will join the IS&T Customer Systems CCTech team and work on managing Message Apple Chat operations and operations compliance for a portfolio of thirty applications.   ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY  The Technical Operations Program Manager will work on managing operations for a critical chat project and operations compliance for a portfolio of thirty applications. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU   You will have the opportunity to drive project execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for customers to connect with Apple through chat. You’ll take part in every type of product operations work here — from strategy to product to process improvements — conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on chat for millions of Apple users around the world. You will work with development teams to understand incidents to uncover the root cause analysis and share further recommendations with other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has experience handling operations in a complex, distributed environment. KEY SUCCESS FACTORS 5+ years of Program Management experience specifically within Operations/DevOps Ability to create automated reports, health reporting i.e. how systems are working, user quantity, etc. Experience working with cross-functional teams Problem and Incident Management background
