THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to support our Technical Teams (DevOps, QA, Software Engineering etc.) as a strategic Talent Partner for our Newport Beach and Columbus based Restaurant Support Centers (Corporate). You will strive to thoroughly understand the hiring needs and create recruitment strategies to hire best in class Tech talent building your own talent acquisition strategy, programs and initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with hiring managers, and People Experience Partners, to understand their business objectives as well as identify the technical competencies and leadership behaviors for their open positions.
• Actively source candidates using various innovative recruiting strategies, tools and technologies such as TalentNeuron, to ensure adequate candidate pool creation until roles are filled while creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings
• Full life cycle recruitment to include initial phone interviews to determine candidates who will live our values and have the appropriate qualifications (leadership behaviors and technical expertise) to match the outlined job requirement. Plus, presenting a diverse slate of candidates who will be a culture add to the organization.
• Schedule/coordinate interviews for hiring managers and those they identify for interview panels.
• Facilitate the collection of interviewer feedback and partner with the hiring manager and People Experience Partner to support the selection of successful candidates.
• Provide exceptional client support throughout the hiring process by proactively conducting regularly scheduled meetings with hiring managers to share information and updates on the hiring process (e.g. candidate flow, obstacles, changes to recruiting strategy, etc.)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred.

Extensive experience supporting recruitment and hiring of Technology talent
