S/he will work within the Compensation team in processing associate changes, administering incentive plans, job descriptions and various programs including but not limited to Tuition Reimbursement, Merit and Bonus.

Responsibilities:
- Complete initial review of associate change requests to ensure data submitted by managers is accurate and aligned with business Compensation philosophy.
- Participating in preparing change files for payroll/data entry including various audits related to pay, title, FLSA, etc.
- Respond to manager/recruiter inquiries regarding various associate changes.
- Complete initial review of variable pay plans and programs, auditing for completeness, plan definitions, and ease of plan comprehension. Manage Dotted Line process and maintain master plan list, acknowledgments, and changes/updates.
- Review and approve assigned offer letters for salary, bonus and title alignment.
- Maintain active job descriptions within the Talent Acquisition hiring tool.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree is required or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Finance or Business, or equivalent job-related experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an office/corporate position; Compensation or Human Resources experience preferred.
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers; with excellent Microsoft Excel skills, must know vlookup and Pivot Table functionality
- Good analytical and research skills
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
The salary range for this role is $48,000 to $52,000 per year.
