Job Summary:
The Director of Operations works alongside the Regional President of Operations and other members of the Operations team to provide full-service support to clinics in the region. This position will help manage designated activities related to ongoing operations and the development of clinic growth.

Duties:
- Assists clinics when needed, either remotely or onsite, with operations problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Analyzes various methods used to increase each clinic s referral base, visit volume, and margin
- Trains Clinic Directors to enhance sales and marketing skills by cold calling in physician offices
- Works with Clinic Directors on monthly marketing action plans
- Attends and participates in training seminars at the home office in Houston, TX
- Holds Clinic Directors accountable to commit to cancellation and no-show action plans with a focus on scheduling methodology tactics
- Analyzes monthly P&L reports and manages clinic key indicators such as payroll cost, total cost, visits per day, net revenue, margin percentage, etc.
- Reviews paperwork associated with new facility start-ups, personnel changes, merit bonus implementation, etc., to ensure the clinics smooth operation
- Identifies opportunities and provides guidance in the further development and expansion of clinical services
- Participates in organizational growth decisions with a focus on the overall success of the organization
- Enhances payor mix to improve net revenues by maintaining knowledge of current reimbursement and regulatory issues
Qualifications:
- Licensed physical or occupational therapist
- 5+ years of clinical therapy experience
- 5+ years of management experience with outpatient physical therapy facilities
- Sales and marketing background in an operations environment
- Strong supervisory and management skills
- Business operational experience
- Excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and travel up to 20% of the time
