The role:

Jonckers is looking for a highly experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Manager to join our Sales team in the US. The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities which result in the successful, long term and profitable client relationships.

The right candidate will bring to this position: passion, strong organizational skills, a mind for identifying and creating efficiencies, relationship-building skills, operational knowledge, the ability to comprehend and retain new information, and the ability to resolve problems in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to generate new revenue.
  • Rapidly engage with prospects/clients to identify their requirements and potential business opportunities. Meet and present customized project solutions and cost estimates.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen and understanding of client's business needs, identifying where Jonckers suite of services and technology can offer value.
  • Develop customer tender documentation and responses to RFP's towards the successful achievement of the bid.
  • Develop and maintain the product, market, competitor, and industry knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed minimum agreed sales quotas.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members to close business opportunities that ensure and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately report forecast
  • Be Willing to Travel
  • Other duties as may be reasonably requested


Skills / Experience
  • Min 3 years in Localization Industry.
  • Ideally, with experience in business development and sales to the public sector with company revenues of $1B+
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven HUNTER with experience of cold-calling for new business with new logos
  • Proven experience in the sales life cycle (lead generation to business closing) of large, corporate, long-term deals.
  • Great communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
