In this role, you'll develop and strengthen both internal and external relationships, leading to increased lead generation and market share. Staying current with market trends and relevant completion, you'll collaborate and lead communications with internal departments proactively managing prospect's satisfaction and service by anticipating needs. You'll manage the sales process from identifying leads through to implementation, independently managing multiple projects and initiatives.
Skills and experience needed to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 7+ years' experience of Business Development/Sales experience within mid to large companies in the Account Receivables industry and strong knowledge of estate and collection processes
- Ability to think strategically and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in either written or oral form at all levels within an organization
- Ability to gather and analyze information and data; make logical decisions based on available facts and determine the impact to short and long-term priorities
- Demonstrate a willingness to face new challenges
- High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, primarily: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel, as this position requires 50% travel
