Overview of Position:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will identify and close opportunities by demonstrating the value proposition of Change Healthcare Enterprise Imaging solutions. Key activities include prospect qualification, lead conversion, health checks, voice of the customer, and/or revenue retention motions (product/service contract renewals, extension, upsell and expansion). Serves an assigned territory/client with moderate variables in geography and/or customer complexity.

Pre-selling 20% / Selling 60% / Account Management 10% / Non-Sales Activity 10%
Meet or exceed an assigned sales quota
Make high volume outbound sales calls and identify opportunities to sell solutions to existing and net new customers (may also communicate via email or WebEx)
Attend to existing customers, reaches out to potential leads, and identify cross-selling opportunities within accounts
Collaborate with other sales channels and account management to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
4+ years new business development/qualification experience
Experience in data tracking in Salesforce.com or similar CRM
4-year college degree or job-related experience
Demonstrated experience selling into the healthcare market
Understanding of Radiology/Cardiology technical solutions, clinical workflows, Medical Imaging trends and hardware platforms
Positive and energetic phone skills (primarily outbound)
Self-motivated and results-driven with strong time management and organization skills including documentation
Ability to learn systems and new technology quickly and maintain SME level industry and product knowledge

Occasional travel up to 10% from office locations to customer and/or internal locations

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Change Healthcare offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $43,290.00 - $107,160.00
