Directs international marketing campaigns globally including the execution of our international growth strategy through business development, marketing, and global brand enhancement. Deploys resources dedicated to international marketing. Executes a shared strategic vision for growing the company's cross-border business. Leads global marketing initiatives focused on growing the business through working with JAMS panelists to build their practices while collaborating with outside organizations and internal partners to create measurable business and brand-building results.


Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gain exposure and build business for existing panelists. Identifies potential new panelists and works with internal stakeholders to onboard them. 15%


  • Partners with Practice Development and Marketing Communications teams to implement marketing and business development activities targeted at multi-national corporations, law firms and other users of ADR services. 15%
  • Helps to develop and grow relationships with partner organizations in support of JAMS international strategy. 15%
  • Supports overall performance through the regular, timely communication of strategies and planned events, while remaining open to feedback and suggestions. Manages and develops any employees and consultants assigned to the Global Outreach team. 15%
  • Oversees strategic sponsorships and attends relevant events and webinars to promote the JAMS brand and to make strategic contacts. Drives, leads, captures, and ensures ROI is measured and shared. 10%
  • Monitors expenditures to ensure that they are on strategy and remain within budget. 10%
  • Analyzes business metrics, e.g. revenue and case count trends to identify and act on business building opportunities. 10%
  • Identifies, develops, and executes other strategic initiatives to achieve business goals and enhance perception of JAMS as a global ADR provider. 5%
  • Assists with the creation of content to aid thought leadership related to international dispute resolution. 5%
  • Other duties as assigned within similar scope

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, International Relations, or related discipline. Required


Master's Degree in Business, Law, Sales, International Relations, Marketing or related discipline. Plus

5+ years of working in a position with global or international responsibility. Required


7+ years of overseeing a department including people management responsibility. Required


7+ years Internal candidates experience as a senior-level manager with proven leadership qualities and a track record of outstanding job performance. Required


5+ years of experience in the legal or client service industry. Plus
