Real Estate Outside Marketing Representative

Office Location: Remote after training in Mamaroneck, NY

Reports To: Sales Manager

Compensation:
For the first 3 months: $2000/mo. 5% net profit
After 3 months: $2000/mo. 7% net profit (we provide draws during this transition)
Average Profit is $25K/mo. (4 deals/mo. expected)

Seeking aggressive money motivated individuals to generate leads and build strategic relationships. Base Commission ($1,000 base first 30 days; then $2,000 base 6% net profit thereafter)

What You Will Do:

• Purchase houses from motivated sellers

How You Will Accomplish Those Objectives:

• Follow scripts on the phone and on appointments
• Manage and diligently follow up with all opportunities and inquiries
• Conduct appointments with qualified sellers
• Present and close purchase agreements to be signed by sellers
• Maintain consistent lead follow-up on with all sellers until the seller sells, lists or decides not to sell
• Assist Dispo team with the sale of our homes

The Qualifications You Have for the Position:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to show empathy and care to the seller
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Real Estate Salesperson's License is a plus
• REO experience is a plus
• Capability to remain calm under pressure
• Computer skills
