Marketing Director

What We Are Looking For

A Marketing Director that is ready to help scale Fanjoy's incredible eCommerce business worldwide and tell incredible stories with our content. Our Marketing Director is responsible for driving the growth of the business, implementing and overseeing all content, driving strategy for email and text campaigns, paid marketing efforts, all of our social strategy for all platforms along with hiring incredible people to join the marketing arm of Fanjoy.

What You'll Do

• Develop strategies to help tell a compelling story around the Fanjoy Brand
• Content Strategy, Content Strategy, Content Strategy (THIS IS IMPORTANT)
• Work with our clients to develop meaningful content around each product launch
• Be the best in the world with team building and leadership. They will help nurture and lead a high-performance marketing team, cultivate skills through mentorship, and maximize overall organizational health 
• Develop strategies and processes to scale our social media channels following, engagement and growth
• Analyze data and focus on what's working with regards to our content; double down
• Provide guidance for long-term expansion activities Create and implement the overall brand marketing strategy, as well as the marketing strategy for individual product releases
• Create and implement marketing plans around new launch activations and promotions
• Measure and evaluate product launches to quantify rollout success
• Create a marketing funnel for potential customers to get them to buy products, whatever it takes
• Create and develop all strategies and processes related to Email Marketing, SMS, and website optimizations
• Work closely with the Brand Management team to create marketing assets for internal and client use
• Collect customer insights to drive strategic decision making
• Experience working with creative teams
• Hire A+ team members
