Job Summary:

We are growing our Product team and seeking a Director, Product Platform Management to lead groundbreaking standards of excellence in digital health technology. This role is responsible for managing platform management features. The right candidate is gifted at problem solving and thinking on their feet, they have a strong intuition for business and a talent for driving strategy while paying attention to details.

This position reports to the EVP, Product within the Product and Technology organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage product features to grow business revenue and platform engagement, identifying business opportunities, advancing platform features, and growing active users

  • Own requirements process, identifying business requirements, and translating opportunities and user needs into new features

  • Develop features and solutions for Sharecare and its clients to effectively configure, manage, and support critical operations and care management services within the platform

  • Represent the interests of our users and market throughout the product lifecycle by leveraging insights from user and market research to identify product enhancements and drive informed, user-centered decisions.

  • Provide internal and external stakeholders with educational materials and training tools to facilitate platform operations and improve workflow processes.

  • Collaborate with business and engineering leads to plan, review, and execute product roadmap and ensure alignment between product, development, and business stakeholders.

  • Partner with sales leads, account managers, and operations to deliver short and long-term goals across the product portfolio, assisting with client meetings and demonstrations

  • Assure highest quality output through testing and constant collaboration with engineering, account management, implementation and partners.

  • Evaluate and measure all priorities and business requirements using company KPIs for engagement and revenue targets.

  • Work with cross-functional team to understand needs of the users by collecting qualitative and quantitative data on the platform and working with the business intelligence team to understand key insights, reporting, and market data

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

  • Strong analytical thinking and systems design to support workflow optimizations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex ideas to a diverse range of audiences

  • High-level attention to detail and organization with a pragmatic and logical approach to problem-solving and prioritization

  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset to learn and explore new areas and recommend new opportunities and solutions

  • Knowledge of tech-enabled healthcare solutions and services (e.g., chronic disease management, coaching, telemedicine, etc.) is a plus

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required. Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business a plus

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience with a mobile or internet-focused company Web applications is a plus

  • Led or supported KPIs for previous products

  • Sharecare is headquartered in Atlanta and this position may require overnight travel 10%+ of the time.
