Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Fully Remote or Hybrid in OR)

Skycloud Mental Health is a telehealth/hybrid psychiatric practice specializing in LGBTQ+ related mental health care. The company was founded by a PMHNP. We treat a full spectrum of mental health conditions to patients through telemedicine direct to patients' homes, with an office in Beaverton, OR. This is a 1099 contract position.

The psychiatric nurse practitioner must reside in one of the following locations:

• Oregon
• Washington State
• Idaho
• Utah

Requirements:

• Board Certified PMHNP. FNPs or PAs will not be considered
• Willing to become licensed in OR and WA
• Available at least 10 hours per week, and interested in developing a caseload equivalent to 75-100% FTE
• Must reside in OR, WA, ID, or UT
• Willing to obtain DEA license in OR
• Willing to be credentialed with all major payers in OR

Preferred Qualifications:

• Resides in OR or Clark County WA and open to seeing patients in person either in Beaverton, OR or another office location in Oregon to be determined by practice 1-2 days per month
• Willing to see ages 5 and up
• Spanish speaking
• Experience and interest in working with LGBTQ+ populations
