An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Contact Center Representative I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Collecting and analyzing information from members to determine eligibility
Approving or communicating the resolution to members within guidelines
Recommending changes to internal forms and procedures
Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent required
