Regional Technology Project Manager- East Coast Remote

Discovery Land Co. is seeking a Regional Technology Project Manager to join the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will bring extensive professional experience and an adaptable outlook to our fast paced and changing environment. Over the life-cycle of a club, vertical and horizontal construction projects will exist that require the delicate management of technology resources, decision making, and planned schedule keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with technology management at regional clubs to create short and long-term low voltage infrastructure plans
• Design initial plans for low voltage horizontal and vertical construction based on corporate standards
• Make effective decisions on projects when presented with multiple, less-than-ideal options for solutions
• Adjust schedules and targets on projects as needs of clients or executives change
• Perform quality control throughout design and development to ensure expected standards are met
• Manage vendor and integrator relationships to ensure accurate delivery and installation to designed specifications and standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of infrastructure or construction project management experience
• Experience in Low-Voltage design, including Network Infrastructure, Security/Access Control, Lighting/Experience Automation, Audio/Video Infrastructure
• Expert level proficiency in a project management software (Confluence/JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Proficient in both waterfall and agile methodologies with proven experience creating effective project plans, understanding dependencies, and leading critical path activities
• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Advanced time management and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to focus on continuous improvement in project delivery
• Able to lead by influence and interacts effectively with project team members
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Comfortable using video conferencing to collaborate and generate results when working remotely
• Travel requirements: up to 50%
