The Consumer Banking team was created to meet the financial services needs of our card members and build upon a broader Membership promise. This new and growing team will drive AXP’s innovation in banking services, identifying customer needs and innovating around new digital banking products.



 



The Senior Analyst, Savings Product Management will be a crucial part of the core team responsible for the growth and evolution of our Amex Savings products, including high-yield savings and certificates of deposit. This role will support research, testing, and launch of new product features to accelerate acquisition, grow deposits, and deepen membership value. This person will work across the Product Management team and collaborate closely with key partners such as Product Development, Pricing, Analytics, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing.



 



Key responsibilities:




  • Collaborate across Consumer Banking and Card to design, test, and evaluate tactics to deepen cardmember engagement

  • Support go-to-market planning, launch, and monitoring for new product features across multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Manage customer research efforts and surface actionable insights to feed into feature development and product strategies

  • Analyze competitive landscape and innovative capabilities, deriving tangible recommendations to build out our long-term product roadmap



 



Qualifications




  • Strong project management skills with ability to navigate ambiguity, multiple priorities, and in a fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively with partners across different functions and levels

  • Analytical mindset and familiarity working with qualitative and quantitative data

  • Solutions-oriented, strategic problem solver with ability to proactively identify areas of opportunity

  • Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and flexibility to adapt as team grows and priorities shift

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Passion for delivering a great customer experience; intellectual curiosity around Banking and FinTech preferred


 



Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
