We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based in any of our offices in US or US-Remotely


This is an individual contributor, all-round role that requires a B2B Marketing leader with experience across multiple facets of running business-focused marketing strategies.


As a member of the Blueground marketing team, you will be working closely with our Enterprise sales teams to develop and lead our B2B marketing strategy.


What you will focus on:


  • Develop and lead the B2B marketing strategy to generate new and nurture existing high potential/high growth leads, in line with revenue targets
  • Enhance Blueground's B2B brand positioning and core B2B brand values
  • Drive marketing planning, define key enterprise audiences and create strong messaging & content for different channels (e.g. newsletters, product pages, email templates, pitch decks, white papers, case studies, conference material, etc.)
  • Work with our Performance / CRM marketing teams to define and execute campaigns (from concept to ROI analysis) designed to increase the quality and quantity of inbound leads and to keep current accounts engaged
  • Oversee end-to-end channel lifecycle of B2B content (ideation, writing, design, build, and QA), driving qualified pipeline to sales team
  • Work alongside our PR/Communications team to plan and organize conference strategy and event planning.
  • Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities with online publications, podcasts etc. Plan and book media, driving effective negotiations with key publishers and content owners
  • Set-up, monitor and analyze marketing KPIs and make critical decisions that improve the impact and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives
  • Champion the Blueground brand and guide activities to support increased brand awareness and consideration
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our institutional clients, their unique challenges, as well as market dynamics and upcoming trends
  • Build strong relationships and serve as a key strategic partner with key stakeholders across Blueground (specifically the B2B Sales, Product, Business Intelligence and Customer Experience Leads) to approach challenges collaboratively and align activities to achieve desired results
  • Continually advance the infrastructure for B2B marketing, inclusive of evaluating and optimizing technical platforms and tooling, developing and actioning on new customer models, and optimizing campaign measurement practices


What we are looking for:


  • 6+ years as a B2B marketing leader, ideally gained in a B2B focused organization. Hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
  • Strong marketing foundation with a focus in strategic planning, content creation, demand and lead generation
  • Superb writing and editing skills, with a knack for taking complex theoretical ideas and making them lucid and actionable
  • Familiarity with media planning
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on platforms such as linkedin, twitter, google ads, etc
  • Experience working with ESP/Marketing automation tools (preferably Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and globals sales meetings (up to 15% of the time)
  • Familiarity with and confidence around data and the way research and data drive decision-making
  • Confidence in operating in a networked organization and working within a matrixed team structure
  • Strong execution skills and evidence of a consistent follow-through on commitments
  • Metrics-driven, analytical and process-oriented
  • A can-do, will-do, high-energy attitude
