We are seeking experienced Sales Recruiters - 100% Remote - who share the same standard of excellence.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop a talent pipeline through sourcing and networking within respective markets
  • Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Job Boards, and company proprietary databases
  • Screen candidate resumes for baseline qualifications such as availability, compensation and other unique requirements
  • Perform high volume screenings to qualify candidates and submit qualified candidates to the hiring manager
  • Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target markets
  • Influence both candidates and hiring managers while delivering results and sourcing for multiple markets

What You'll Need:
  • 2+ years of high-volume, fast-paced, multi-site recruitment experience either coporate or staffing agency setting
  • Demonstrated job marketing, networking, and community-based recruitment expertise
  • Experience with direct sourcing strategies including referral generation, online social networking, resume database mining and search engine sourcing to actively build candidate pipelines
  • Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking Systems
