In this role, you’ll lead the Clean Energy Project Management (CEPM) group consisting of Commercial EV, Small Generation Interconnection and Added Facilities. Collaborate with cross-functional Distribution team members and other Organizational units.
Evaluate employee performance, make hiring decisions, perform coaching and training, provide leadership and direction to Project Management team.
Ensure consistent targets are established and create metrics to track and update progress.
Discuss resource requirements with distribution management and provide forecasted resource plans.
Interact with regional management to ensure regional teams are completing work according to schedule.
Establishing and managing consistent work practices including enforcing safety standards/protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
The essentials
Five or more years of Electric Utility Industry supervisory experience or 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
The preferred
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience working in Transmission & Distribution.
Project Management Certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience prioritizing workload and strategically delegating and supervising the progress of assignments and holding employees accountable for results.

The position’s work mode is remote. Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs.
