You will join our mechanical engineering department

As our new Sr. Mechanical Engineer you will be part of our engineering and designed services group. The group specializes in providing facility studies and detailed design packages to clients throughout the country. .

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Lead the mechanical design on design projects throughout the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, higher education, power generations, district energy, and municipal markets
• Serve as the mechanical discipline lead on multidisciplinary design projects, coordinate with adjacent disciplines, track the scope, schedule, and budget for the mechanical team
• Provide proposal support for multidisciplinary projects and serve as the proposal lead for mechanical engineering proposals
• Serve as quality assurance and quality control for peer team members.
• Aid in the development of junior engineering staff by providing coaching, teaching, and mentoring to further advance their technical expertise
• Perform engineering design on complex and unique mechanical designs including, HVAC, process piping, plumbing, and minor aspects of fire protection
• Interface with clients and represent Ramboll by adhering to our values

• 5+ years of experience (3 years minimum).
• Professional engineering license preferred
• Superior communication skills required
• Proven experience in Revit MEP preferred
• Proficiency in other engineer software proffered; to include HAP, Pipeflow, Caesar, Trane Trace, Ect.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: ability to effectively lead a team, balance scope, schedule, and budgets, proactively plan and execute a project, and the ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
